How do you like the parker? I see that it broke but it sounds like they got right back to you? I was looking at them on jensonUSA they seem like a good deal? they pedal alright?

a wheel is true when the rim is straight. Spin the wheel and put your thumb near the rim (dont get your thumb caught) and check for deviation. Slight deviations are nothing to worry about, but can be fixed. Here read this http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=81 there are also many other how to bike articles on that website just look around! good luck dude
